Refund policy

 

Sizing exchanges and refunds must be processed within 14 days of delivery date, desired sizing will be sent after receiving original order that is unworn and with original tags.  

Before purchase please first consult sizing guides or contact the support email/phone if you have further questions, we check phone/email daily. Sizing exchanges tend to take a few weeks to fully process.

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds will be given for in store credit, in the form of a digital code for the value of the products purchased.

For sizing exchanges, or returns customer pays shipping and handling fees. As Jabree is currently a small operation I am not able to get the same shipping rates as these big companies, expect about $8 each way, thanks for understanding.
