Origins of Jabree
The indigenous people of Burleigh Heads Australia tell a story about a stone giant named “Jebbribillum” or “Jabreen.” Jabreen separated the land and the sea, turning flat landscapes into mountainous regions, and calm oceans into restless waters. Inspired by these stories Jabree was born. Designs and clothing are inspired by skiing, surfing and the worldwide search for the best waves or snow. Jabree was founded in 2022 and provides gear for all who wish to explore.
About the Logo
The logo is designed around an abstract “J” – At its core, the brand is inspired by skiing and surfing, and experiences had in the mountains and the ocean. The harsh lines of the J represent the structure and rigidity of the mountains, while the fluid nature of the circle in the center embodies the ocean and the flow of water. This logo was designed to be recognized from a far but have depth and story when looked at closely.
